HOW TO ORDER
>Purchasing a Digital Product
Getting your digital product is simple. Follow the steps below to complete your order successfully.
1. Choose Your Product
Browse our store and select the digital product you'd like to purchase. Review the product description, preview images, and price before adding it to your cart.
2. Proceed to Checkout
Add the product to your cart and click Checkout.
Enter your details carefully, especially your email address. Your digital product and order updates will be sent to the email address you provide.
3. Select Your Payment Method
At checkout, select Pay with Neero and follow the payment instructions provided.
You will be given a Neero payment link to complete your payment.
4. Complete Your Payment on Neero
Open the payment link and pay the exact amount shown for your product.
Depending on your location, Neero may display the amount in FCFA (XAF).
>About the name displayed on Neero
The Neero payment page may display a name that is different from our store name. This is the verified account name associated with our payment provider. Don't worry this is normal and does not affect your order.
Important: Please do not select an incorrect country or enter inaccurate payment information if your country or payment method is not supported.
5. Return to Your Shopify Checkout
After completing your payment on Neero, return to the Shopify checkout page and finish submitting your order.
Make sure your email address is correct before placing the order.
6. Your Order Is Confirmed
Because Neero is currently connected to our store through a manual payment method, your Shopify order may initially appear as “Unpaid.”
Don't worry this does not necessarily mean your payment failed.
We will check your payment on Neero and manually confirm your order once the payment has been received.
7. Receive Your Digital Product 📩
Once your payment has been verified, your digital product will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.
Please allow a little time for payment verification and delivery.

Please make sure that:
Your email address is entered correctly.
You pay the exact amount displayed for your product.
You keep your payment confirmation until your order has been verified.
You don't select an incorrect country or provide inaccurate information during payment.
You check your inbox and spam/junk folder after your payment has been confirmed.
